Smartphones which are hoped to be Launched in end of 2013..

BlackBerry Q 10
After the arrival of BlackBerry Z10, a BB 10 powered full touch phone, the Blackberry fans have been waiting eagerly for the launch of the traditional, qwerty equipped, Q10. The device is expected to be available in India starting May and is expected to demonstrate even better sales figure than its sibling, Q10.
A predictive text set-up and multiple language support makes typing on its 3.1-inch AMOLED touchscreen accurate and quick. The sturdy and durable phone runs on a dual-core 1.5 GHz processor and is coupled with a 2GB of RAM on board, which enables users to jump from one app to the next, play games, make calls and reply to emails in quick succession with ease. The device also includes a slew of connectivity options like NFC, Bluetooth, GSM, 4G LTE, GPS, EDGE and GPRS. In addition features like BlackBerry Balance, Remember, BBM, Hub and Peek make sure that BB Q10 users never miss anything important– be it for work or for play.

Motorola X
The much-talked about Motorola-Google partnered smartphone, X Phone is also set to debut this year. The specs of X Phone recently leaked online, hinting towards a formidable player in the making. The leak indicated that the smartphone will come with a 16-megapixel rear camera with a 5-megapixel camera on the front. It will also include Eye Scroll feature found on the Galaxy S4. The device will boast of a 4.7-inch Full HD display along with a Nvidia 4i multi-core processor clocked at 2.3 GHz. There are also strong speculations that this first Google branded device from Motorola will also showcase Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie iteration.

HTC First (FB Phone)
HTC unveiled its very own Facebook phone recently. Dubbed First, the smartphone arrives with a dedicated UI and a new homescreen called Facebook Home. Apart from the much talked about FB integration, the specs are fairly standard and include a 4.3-inch 1280x720 HD display, a 5-megapixel rear camera with a 1.6-megapixel front camera. On the processor front, HTC has decided to go with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 400 dual core chip clocked at 1.4 GHz along with Adreno 305 GPU. The smartphone also packs in 1GB of RAM and is backed by a solid 2,000 mAh battery pack. Available in white, red, light blue and black color variants, HTC First is expected to hit Indian markets later this year.

Apple iPhone 5S/iPhone 6
Everybody has their eyes on the next iteration of iPhone and the goodies that it will bring on board. Analysts have maintained that the iPhone 5S will primarily be a spec bump from its predecessor, much in lines of the iPhone 4S. The upcoming smartphone is expected to showcase the same 4-inch display, but with an improved camera capability, and a fingerprint sensor which will set it apart from the crowd.
Samsung Galaxy Mega 6.3
Samsung is set to unveil its mega phablet, Galaxy Mega 6.3 this year talking its big is better stand further. A mid-range handset will be fitted with a 6.3-inch PLS screen with an HD resolution. It will be powered by
Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean OS and 1.7GHz dual-core CPU coupled with 1.5GB RAM. On the camera front we will see a impressive 8-megapixel camera on the back and a 2-megapixel camera on the front for video calling and chatting. The impressive feature of the device is its battery which stands at 3200mAh battery, 100mAh more than the Galaxy Note.

Samsung Galaxy Mega 5.8
Another sibling set to debut with Galaxy Mega 6.3 is the Galaxy Mega 5.8. This device sports a relatively smaller 5.8-inch qHD with 960x540 pixel resolution. Packed under the hood is a 1.4GHz processor and 1.5GB RAM. In the camera department, the device boasts of similar specs like Mega 6.3, constituting of a 8-megapixel camera on the back and a 2-megapixel camera on the front. Said to be part of the DUOS dual-SIM range of Samsung devices, Galaxy Mega features a solid 2600mAh battery.

Microsoft surface phone 
Microsoft is adamant to build a branded smartphone on the lines of Surface range of tablet. The software giant is currently testing mysterious device with multiple Asian manufacturers. As per internet buzz, it will come with at least 4.7-inch or 5-inch display apart from being powered by Windows Phone 8.

Sony Nexus aka LT30i
The rumors of Sony Nexus device is still under scrutiny by many tech pundits. The uber cool smartphone is said to be running on Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie. It will have a decent 1.6 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor with an Adreno 220 GPU on board and display measuring 1280 x 720 pixels. Going by the specs of Nexus 4, we expect this device to have at least 2GB of RAM and 16/32GB of onboard memory.

Google Nexus 5
After LG Nexus 4, the thought are turning towards the next version believed to be Nexus 5. The rumored spec list includes 5.2-inch full HD screen, a 2.3GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor and a camera made by Nikon. It is also rumored that the device is likely to be announced at Google I/O in May along with Android 5.0 Key Lime Pie.
